From the moment you confirm your purchase with us, you're part of our community. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a brief processing period of 1-3 business days before your item is dispatched. We kindly ask you to review your order thoroughly before submission, as all confirmed orders are final.  Pre-orders will dispatch as soon as they are available and not a second longer!

Our shipping schedule runs from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Rest assured, your tracking details will be promptly sent to you upon dispatch. Should you have any inquiries, our customer service team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday at hello@carter-wade.com

Returns

We offer FREE returns on unused products within 14 days from the delivery date.To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@carter-wade.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Please make sure you still have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a credit refund.

Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy. Cater Wade can't be held accountable for packages lost during a return or exchange. Customers need to submit a delivery receipt to hello@carter-wade.com and can buy additional insurance. All credit refunds will be directed back to the original payment method used to place the order within 5 days of the package's receipt and inspection.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Free Shipping: Arrives in 2-5 business days via UPS Ground, complete with insured mail and tracking information.
• Exchanges & Returns: We offer hassle-free exchanges and easy returns.

International Shipping

• Fee: $39 for global delivery
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping Duration: 5-9 business days, with potential custom fees applicable upon arrival.
• Carrier: DHL International Express, featuring insured mail and tracking.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email linked with tracking information. You can also access this information through your account under "My Orders." We offer worldwide shipping, trackable via UPS Domestic ([www.ups.com](https://www.ups.com)) and DHL International ([https://www.dhl.com/en/express](https://www.dhl.com/en/express)).

Should you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we advise contacting the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please note that tracking updates may take 1-4 days to appear. In rare instances, tracking might not update, but your package will still arrive. Contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Guarantees: Please understand that delivery times may vary, and while we strive for prompt order processing, we cannot be held accountable for delays by USPS or UPS. If your delivery is overdue, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly. We do not issue refunds for shipping charges if the courier does not meet their delivery guarantee.

International Orders: For customers outside the U.S., please be aware that Taxes and Duties are not covered by us and may be incurred upon receipt of your shipment. Check your local regulations for specific details.

In the rare event of a significant delay, international shipments may take 4-6 weeks, depending on customs clearance processes within your country. We appreciate your patience and understanding that we cannot control these external delays.
